What we collect
Coursecraft Golf LLC stores your name, email, phone number and ZIP code when you unlock the guide. If you send a planning inquiry, we also store your course choice, requested dates, group size and any notes you provide. We record your permission choices, age/residency declaration, rules version, submission time and campaign tags from the link you used.
How we use it
We use ZIP codes to help identify nearby courses; we do not request a street address. We use guide and giveaway-interest signups to manage early access and planning inquiries to respond by email. We send golf picks or promotional announcements only with recorded email permission. For new pre-launch marketing-list signups, explicit phone marketing consent and a separate privacy acknowledgment are required. Both email and phone marketing subscriptions are required for the new monthly-giveaway interest signup. The phone consent covers Coursecraft marketing calls and texts, including automated texts and AI/artificial-voice calls, under the wording shown on the signup form. Submitting a phone number alone does not grant this permission. These forms do not themselves send calls or texts. We do not sell your details or share your contact information with a course without asking you first.
The planned giveaway
The TaylorMade driver giveaway has not opened. Guide signup is not an entry. The planned prize is a TaylorMade Qi4D driver, with drawings on the last day of each month. The planned eligibility is U.S. residents aged 18+, with one automatic monthly entry while subscribed to both email and SMS lists. Winners would be announced on Instagram and contacted by phone and SMS. Full campaign dates and official rules must be finalized before entries open. See the draft rules. Storage and tracking
Records are stored in our hosted website database, accessible through an owner-restricted inbox. We use a daily hashed network identifier to limit spam. Session storage remembers that you unlocked the guide and retains campaign tags during your visit. Outbound course-link clicks are recorded separately; they do not confirm a booking or payment.
Your choices
Email and phone marketing subscriptions are required for the current pre-launch monthly-giveaway list; either may be revoked at any time. It is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Giveaway entry conditions have not been finalized. Earlier signups retain the permission choices recorded when submitted. You may revoke phone or email marketing permission through the contact form below; once messaging is enabled, you can also reply STOP to texts. You can request access, correction, deletion or removal from marketing through the Coursecraft contact form. Include the email used to sign up and your request. We keep records while needed to handle your inquiry or provide the updates you chose; request deletion when you no longer want us to retain them.
Other websites
Official course and booking links lead to separate websites with their own privacy policies and booking terms. Coursecraft cannot confirm their availability, pricing or guest-access decisions.
