These terms document the planned promotion. They are not final official rules and do not open entries. Current signups record interest only.
1. Sponsor
Coursecraft Golf LLC, 300 West Tyler Street, Tampa, FL 33602. Contact the sponsor through the Coursecraft contact form.
2. Eligibility
Legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older. Entrants must provide accurate name, email, phone number and ZIP code and acknowledge the rules and privacy notice. Residency scope, any legally necessary exclusions and verification procedures will be specified in the final rules.
3. Subscription and recurring entry
The proposed entry method is free subscription to the Coursecraft website’s email and SMS lists, with separately recorded consent for marketing calls and texts. Each eligible person receives one entry per calendar month while remaining subscribed to both lists. A repeat signup does not create extra entries. No monthly re-entry is required. No purchase or payment is required.
This subscription-based eligibility condition remains subject to review before launch. The final rules must define the monthly cutoff, when subscription status is checked, treatment of unsubscribes, and any alternative entry method required by applicable law. Participants may revoke marketing consent at any time; requests must be honored.
4. Schedule
One drawing and Instagram winner announcement are planned for the last calendar day of each month. The promotion’s first and final dates, entry cutoff, drawing time and time zone remain to be specified. There are no active entry periods yet.
5. Monthly prize
One new TaylorMade Qi4D driver per month. The winner chooses from the standard, no-upcharge shafts offered by TaylorMade for that model at fulfillment, subject to availability. Premium or aftermarket shaft upgrades are not included.
Reference retail value: $649.99, as listed on TaylorMade’s product page on September 19, 2026. Final rules must state the number of monthly prizes, total promotion value, delivery terms and any tax responsibilities. A prize below $5,000 does not by itself establish that the total promotion falls below a registration threshold.
6. Selection and contact
The proposed method is a random selection from that month’s eligible entries. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. Coursecraft will announce the winner on @coursecraft.io on Instagram on the last day of the month and contact the selected person by phone call and SMS.
The response deadline, eligibility verification and alternate-winner process will be listed before launch. An initial announcement may identify a provisional selection until eligibility is verified. Personal email addresses, phone numbers and street addresses will not be posted publicly.
7. Independence and privacy
Coursecraft Golf LLC operates the promotion. TaylorMade, Instagram and Meta do not sponsor, endorse or administer it. Information is provided to Coursecraft, not to those companies. See the privacy notice for data use and withdrawal requests.
8. Before entries open
The sponsor must finalize the incomplete operational terms and assess subscription-conditioned entry and applicable promotion registration requirements. The system must also connect subscription status and opt-outs to monthly eligibility, prevent duplicate entries, and support audited drawings and winner notification. Current signup records do not establish monthly entries or send messages.
