GOLF COURSE CONTENT / CREATIVE

Golf course content.Make the visit easy to picture.

Beautiful course photos are a start. Coursecraft creates video and campaign content that helps the right golfer picture the visit: the memorable hole, the round with friends, the clubhouse meal, or a stay-and-play experience your course actually offers.

Let’s talk about your course
A golfer following through on a shot across the course
YOUR COURSE. A REASON TO PLAY.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Lead with what your golfer cares about.

A local weekday player and a guest planning a golf getaway need different reasons to book. Before filming, we define the intended audience, the features that matter to them and the next action the content should support. We review existing assets so the new work adds useful stories to what you already have.

01

Build the brief around the audience.

Agree on the golfer profile, the booking or inquiry goal, and the course features worth highlighting. Collect common guest questions and confirm the details of amenities, packages and offers before they appear in a script.

02

Plan the shoot and deliverables.

Create a shot list covering the actual golf experience, people, service and approved facilities. Confirm filming access, participants, weather alternatives and the production schedule. The number and format of finished assets are agreed before the shoot.

03

Edit for where it will be seen.

Prepare the agreed course film, vertical videos, photos or advertising creative for the intended channels. Use clear hooks, readable captions and a relevant booking or inquiry prompt. Your team reviews course facts and offer details before publication.

04

Deliver the assets and review response.

Provide organized, approved files your team can use on the website, social channels and advertising, under the agreed usage terms. Review content engagement and identifiable booking-link activity, and use those findings to guide the next creative brief.

ACCOUNT FOR THE WORK

Agree on the measures before launch.

What we track.

Reach and video views
How many people saw the content, with each platform’s metric definitions kept in view.
Watch time and engagement
Available viewing, sharing, saving and interaction metrics for each piece.
Clicks and inquiries
Trackable visits to booking or inquiry destinations and the responses they generate.
Organic and paid results
Separate reporting for published content and advertising, including spend where applicable.

An associated booking does not, by itself, prove an additional round. We explain the data sources and attribution rules, and keep estimates separate from verified records.

GETTING STARTED

What we need
from your course.

Your priority audience, course features and amenities, approved package information, existing brand assets, filming permissions and access, and one person to approve the work. We agree on shoot logistics, file delivery and usage terms before production.

Based in Tampa, Florida, Coursecraft starts with a conversation about your goals and operating setup. We agree on the scope, responsibilities and reporting before work begins.

A few useful answers.

We already have professional photography. What would you add?
We review what is already working and look for useful missing stories: the full golf day, a distinctive feature, guest questions, an amenity or a package. Video and campaign creative should add a reason to act, rather than simply repeat your photo library.
Do we keep the content after the trial?
Yes. You keep the delivered content for the agreed uses even if you do not continue. Finished formats and usage rights are agreed in advance; raw footage and any third-party licensing are addressed in the production scope.
Are views counted as bookings?
No. We report content metrics, booking-link activity, inquiries and verified bookings separately. Where booking-system data is available, we use agreed tracking rules to connect campaign activity with reservations and payments.
