TEE-TIME MARKETING / DEMAND

Tee-time marketing.Put the quiet windows to work.

A busy Saturday does not solve an empty Tuesday afternoon. Coursecraft builds golf course marketing campaigns around the booking windows you want to improve, the golfers most likely to play them, and an offer your team is ready to deliver.

Let’s talk about your course

YOUR COURSE. A REASON TO PLAY.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Start with the tee sheet, then choose the campaign.

We look at available player spots and booking patterns before proposing advertising or outreach. Together, we choose a manageable set of windows and agree on a baseline. Closures, weather, holidays, changing prices and existing demand provide context when we review the results.

01

Find the windows worth filling.

Review recent tee sheets, upcoming availability and payment records. Identify open capacity by weekday and time of day. Check that the course can accommodate the intended demand and decide when a campaign should pause as those slots fill.

02

Match the offer to the golfer.

Agree on eligible days, pricing, group size, inclusions, restrictions and booking instructions. The offer can highlight a convenient afternoon round, an appealing course experience or another reason to visit; it does not have to be a blanket discount.

03

Launch the right mix.

Choose approved outreach to eligible past golfers, course content, paid advertising or a combination based on the opportunity. Use identifiable campaign links or booking references where the course’s systems support them, and keep offer details consistent across channels.

04

Reconcile and improve.

Review inquiries, requests, confirmed reservations, cancellations and actual payments. Compare occupancy in the chosen windows with the agreed baseline. Adjust the audience, creative and offer based on the records rather than treating every click as a booking.

ACCOUNT FOR THE WORK

Agree on the measures before launch.

What we track.

Target-window occupancy
Booked player spots divided by available player spots in the selected windows.
Associated paid bookings
Campaign-associated reservations matched to payments under the agreed attribution rules.
Cancellations and refunds
Bookings that did not become retained paid revenue.
Spend and revenue
Campaign costs and associated paid revenue, reported separately from course profit.

An associated booking does not, by itself, prove an additional round. We explain the data sources and attribution rules, and keep estimates separate from verified records.

GETTING STARTED

What we need
from your course.

Historical and upcoming tee-sheet exports, booking and payment identifiers, cancellations and refunds, approved pricing and offers, and the name of your booking platform. We also need an approver and a clear process for staff to confirm requests.

Based in Tampa, Florida, Coursecraft starts with a conversation about your goals and operating setup. We agree on the scope, responsibilities and reporting before work begins.

A few useful answers.

Do we have to discount our tee times?
No. We start with the reason a golfer would choose your course and the windows you want to fill. Any promotion, package or price change is approved by your team before it is used.
Do we need new booking software?
We begin with your existing tee-sheet and payment systems. Exports can support a first campaign. Automatic syncing or direct booking depends on the access your vendor provides and a tested connection.
Does associated revenue mean new revenue?
Not automatically. A reservation after a campaign touchpoint may have happened anyway. We report the association and its rules clearly; a stronger claim about incremental revenue needs a suitable comparison or test.
