GOLFER REACTIVATION / RETENTION

Golfer reactivation.Give them a reason to come back.

Your next booking may come from someone who already knows your course. Coursecraft helps you identify eligible past golfers, make a relevant offer, and follow their response through to a confirmed reservation and payment.

Let’s talk about your course

YOUR COURSE. A REASON TO PLAY.

THE OPPORTUNITY

A customer list is only the starting point.

A golfer who plays every week and someone who visits twice a year should not get the same follow-up. We review playing history, future reservations, and contact preferences before choosing an audience. The goal is a timely reason to return, with a clear path from the conversation to your golf shop.

01

Choose a useful audience.

Start with your customer and booking exports. Match records, review the last visit and usual playing pattern, and remove opt-outs, existing bookings and recently contacted golfers. We check which outreach channels each golfer is eligible for before launch.

02

Build the course’s conversation.

We configure an AI-assisted calling agent around your course facts, approved offer and booking process. The conversation gathers a preferred date, time, group size and alternatives. The golfer can say whether the number being called is best for booking updates or provide another.

03

Hand the request to your team.

Where live booking access is unavailable, the agent collects a request pending confirmation. Coursecraft records it for review and, once configured, sends the course contact the details by email or text. Your staff checks availability and confirms the reservation.

04

Check what became paid play.

We match the campaign audience and call history to reservations and payments using an agreed attribution window. A request, a confirmed booking and a paid round remain separate stages, so the results review shows what actually happened.

What we track.

Eligible golfers reached
The audience contacted and the conversations completed.
Requests and confirmations
Requested tee times, staff-confirmed bookings and unresolved follow-ups.
Associated paid rounds
Reservations reconciled with payment records, with cancellations and refunds accounted for.
Campaign cost
Calling, messaging and campaign expenses alongside the results.

An associated booking does not, by itself, prove an additional round. We explain the data sources and attribution rules, and keep estimates separate from verified records.

GETTING STARTED

What we need
from your course.

Customer and booking exports, existing outreach permissions and opt-outs, an approved offer, accurate course information, and a staff contact who can handle requests. We agree on a secure transfer method; do not send golfer data through the public inquiry form.

Based in Tampa, Florida, Coursecraft starts with a conversation about your goals and operating setup. We agree on the scope, responsibilities and reporting before work begins.

A few useful answers.

Can you call everyone in our customer database?
We first review the available permissions, opt-outs and channel eligibility. A phone number from an old reservation is not enough on its own to put that golfer into an AI calling campaign.
Will the agent book directly into our tee sheet?
Only after compatible access and a tested booking connection are in place. Otherwise, it collects the golfer’s preferred time and alternatives for your staff to confirm. We do not represent a request as a reserved tee time.
What if we only have a spreadsheet?
An export is enough to begin reviewing the opportunity. We check the available fields, match customer records to bookings, and agree on how often updated reservations, payments and opt-outs will be supplied.
